Tony Kucharski founded K-1 Financing, Inc. in 2011 as a specialty finance company to provide an alternative for traditional bank financing. We understand that every business does not meet the norms when it comes to being bankable. That is what we have set out to accomplish- to provide specialty financing to specialty industries. These include: factoring, inventory finance, as well as direct capital investment as an angel investor.

Tony's vision for K-1 comes from his entrepreneurial experiences in the warehousing and logistics industry. After seeing changes on the horizon, he realized that post-recession shifts in banking were leaving many solid companies overlooked by traditional banking.
